Get Involved!

We welcome food donations from individuals or organizations. Non-perishable items we are always in need of include: 

• Canned goods (fruit, soup, vegetables, beans) 
• Pasta 
• Pasta sauce 
• Instant mashed potatoes 
• Jello and pudding mix 
• Gravies and broths 
• Rice (brown or white) 
• Flavored rice or pasta mixes 
• Meal helpers (hamburger, chicken, tuna) 
• Mini-meals for children (spaghetti Os, ravioli, etc) 
• Peanut butter and jelly 
• Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc) 
• Breakfast cereal (hot or cold) 
• Pancake mix and syrup 
• Snacks (crackers, granola bars, dried fruit, popcorn) 
• Drinks (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) 
• Toilet paper 
• Paper towels 
• Facial tissues 
• Shampoo and conditioner 
• Toothpaste and toothbrushes 
• Bar Soap 
• Dishwashing liquid 
• Liquid laundry detergent 
• Feminine care products 

We’re sorry, we’re currently not able to accept perishable/fresh items.  

If you wish to make a food donation, please call our hotline at 717-627-0770 and select voicemail box 2. Leave a voicemail with your contact information and a brief message. Our food drive coordinators will return your call to coordinate receipt of your donation. Alternatively, please email us at lwcommunitychest@gmail.com for directions to our drop box.  

 Monetary donations are used to purchase fresh produce, protein and dairy from local grocery stores to provide a healthy food source for neighbors in need. We welcome financial contributions via check or PayPal. Checks should be made payable to: Lititz Warwick Community Chest.
